Get in touch

A small New England town seen from a low hillside: white clapboard houses with black shutters, a church steeple, stone walls and wooded hills under an overcast sky

Call and we can give you an estimate over the phone. Pane count, grids, storm windows, stories, access and the condition of the glass are what change the job, so the more of that you can describe, the closer the estimate will be.

From there we talk through what you need, come out and look at the property, and confirm the price on site. On most jobs we complete the work on that same visit. There is no separate estimate appointment and no second trip. You are messaged the day before we come.

Where we are

61 Appleton Rd Unit 8
New Ipswich, NH 03071

Where we work

Southern New Hampshire and north-central Massachusetts. See every town we cover, or all four services. If you are not sure whether you are in range, ask. We would rather tell you straight than have you wonder.

What we would find useful

  • Roughly how many windows, and whether they have grids
  • Whether the house has storm windows
  • How many stories
  • Interior, exterior, or both
  • Whether the glass is cloudy after cleaning, or has paint or construction residue on it. Both are different services

Send a request

The more you can tell us here, the more useful the visit is.

Call and we will walk you through it

(978) 340-3890

A phone call is the fastest way to get this booked. We will ask what you are seeing, tell you which service it is, and arrange a time to come out and quote it, and on most jobs we complete the work on that same visit.

If we do not pick up, leave a message with your name, your town, and roughly how many windows. We will call back.

Before you call anyone

Whoever you end up hiring, two questions are worth asking: do you carry workers’ compensation as well as general liability, and can you provide a certificate of insurance?

General liability covers damage to your property. Workers’ compensation covers the person doing the work. If an uninsured cleaner is injured on your property, that claim can reach your own policy. Plenty of small operations in this trade carry the first and skip the second.

Joslin & Co carries $1,000,000 in general liability and workers’ compensation, with a certificate available on request.
